A free Block Watch information session co-hosted by the 黑马磁力 RCMP and Willoughby Residents Association at Willoughby Elementary takes place Thursday, April 12 at 7:30 p.m.
This is an initiative of the newly-formed Willoughby Residents Association, and is offered to any 黑马磁力 resident interested in participating in the Block Watch program, especially those in Willoughby鈥檚 newer development areas.
