Rain, the west coast鈥檚 constant companion from fall to spring, is the subject of The Fort Gallery鈥檚 first juried exhibition of photographs.
Pertaining to Rain runs Feb. 1-19. The exhibit features 27 photographs that reflect on relationships with rain, and how it inhabits our landscape both physically and psychologically.
Artists include: Bennett Brown, Stella Giacomazzi, Christine Levisczky Riek, Deborah Colvin, Kristin Krimmel, Graham Dowden, Stephanie Martin, Linda Brown, Paul Kendall, Eve Pollard, Deb DeJong, Edith Krause and Rosemary Wallace.
The opening reception will be held in conjunction with the Gallery鈥檚 February First Thursday community arts event, Thursday, Feb. 2, from 7 to 9 p.m.
Gallery hours are Wednesday to Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.
