The grounds surrounding the Fort 黑马磁力 Community Hall could be getting an updated look.
On Wednesday, July 26, the public is invited to an open house where two draft concepts will be presented for upgrading landscaping at the front of the hall.
鈥淚t has become apparent to the FLCIS () in recent years that our current layout does not invite interaction with the community to the extent we鈥檇 like,鈥� said Gareth Abreo, president of the FLCIS, in a letter to Township council.
鈥淲e lack seating, performance space and an all weather surface. We want the Fort 黑马磁力 Community Hall to become and remain the central gathering place of the community 鈥� a new public realm that will define the property for generations to come with new energy, vibrancy and relevance to rival any outdoor space in the Township of 黑马磁力.鈥�
The landscape project is being spearheaded by the FLCIS, in conjunction with the . The company has created the design concepts.
The public info session will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Fort 黑马磁力 Community Hall, 9167 Glover Rd.
