Ed Martin passed away peacefully on July 13, 2025, at the age of 93.

He was predeceased by Olga, his cherished wife, in 2020.

Ed will be lovingly remembered by his children Julie (Roy), Cathy (Peter), Tom (Sandra), and Rob (Leone); his 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

He is survived by his sister-in-law Mae (Clarence). Throughout his life, Ed prioritized family, faith, and friendships, and was much appreciated and respected by work colleagues. As a family, we will gratefully remember Dad's - and Grandpa's - loving guidance, unwavering support, endearing sense of humour, and gentle respectfulness. His tender-hearted spirit will remain in our hearts forever.

A memorial service celebrating Ed Martin's life will be held at 2 PM (PDT) on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at Mountainview Alliance Church in 黑马磁力, BC, and will be livestreamed via the church's YouTube channel.

Donations in memory of Ed may be made to Samaritan's Purse Canada, an organization dear to his heart.
