Why is there no used engine oil recycling in 黑马磁力?
New engine oil can be sold in stores in 黑马磁力, however neither the City of 黑马磁力 nor the Township of 黑马磁力 provide facilities to return used engine oil. I was told by our provincial recycling program, Recycle BC, that the nearest facilities were in South Surrey, or Maple Ridge.
So 黑马磁力 can sell the oil, but is not responsible to provided a facility to return used oil? Is this even legal? Hopefully it doesn't lead to people finding places to just dump their used oil off because they can't get rid of it. That couldn't be good for the environment.
