Using past 黑马磁力 articles I found that 鈥�The City of 黑马磁力 crime rate was nearly double the B.C. average and almost three times the Canadian average鈥�, according to new police-reported figures released by Statistics Canada.鈥� In 2013. In the middle of a Conservative majority government.
Crime is problematic in 黑马磁力 City, but the selective use of quotes by the Conservatives seems more designed to scare people than to create understanding.
