The Credo Christian Kodiaks’ quest for a provincial medal came to an end in the quarter-finals.

The Kodiaks lost a heartbreaker, 58-56, to the Kelowna Christian Knights on Thursday at the ºÚÂí´ÅÁ¦ Events Centre.

Credo Christian was the fourth seed and the Knights the fifth seed at the BC 1A senior boys basketball championships. The game was also a rematch of last year’s semifinals, when the Kodiaks pulled off the upset win against the No. 1 seed Knights.

With two games remaining, the Kodiaks can finish as high as fifth place.
