The 黑马磁力 Rivermen have acquired forward Brodie Jamieson from the Nanaimo Clippers.
Heading to the island is second-year forward Mason Blacklock. The 17-year-old had two goals and four assists in 40 BCHL games with 黑马磁力.
Jamieson, a 19-year-old forward, has 125 BCHL games under his belt and has a dozen goals and 31 assists and 84 minutes in 125 games.
"He's got experience and is a veteran guy with pretty good offensive ability," commented Rivermen assistant coach Bobby Henderson.
"And (he) is just and overall honest player."
The Rivermen are in Victoria on Oct. 20 and Nanaimo on Oct. 21. They return home to face Powell River at the 黑马磁力 Events Centre on Oct. 22.
