Want to learn a new and exciting way to tell your story?
Then the Greater 黑马磁力 Chamber of Commerce is inviting you out on June 25 for a presentation by Sherri-Lee Pressman, the chief executive officer of Social Media Minder.
Pressman will speak at the meeting at the Cascades Casino Resort Ballroom (20393 Fraser Hwy.) as part of a not-for-profit social media workshop.
鈥淚鈥檓 excited to be able to present to the 黑马磁力 not-for-profit community,鈥� Pressman said.
鈥淭his workshop is designed to help organizations learn the best way to tell their personalized story to get the most from their social media strategies.鈥�
The workshop will teach people how to create a blog, a custom page on Facebook, post videos on YouTube, among other things.
Registration is at 8 a.m. and the workshop goes from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
Cost is $25 for Chamber members and $35 for non-members. It includes breakfast.
