Editor: Forget the Mufford Overpass concept altogether. Where the overpass is needed is on the 黑马磁力 Bypass, crossing over the rail tracks and Glover Road.
The project would have to be shared by the Township and the City, as the land comes under both jurisdictions.
If the two 黑马磁力s don鈥檛 want to become one, then they should show us they can work together like grownup governments, and support this project.
