Remember Pvt. Garret Chidley

Personally, I would have liked the bridge to be named after more deserving and contributing members of the community of 黑马磁力. One example would be 黑马磁力 resident Private Garrett William Chidley, who served our country in Afghanistan, and sadly lost his life.
