Yi-An Pan, Cole Cantelon and Connor McCreath drove in two runs apiece as the 黑马磁力 All-Stars exploded for 14 runs.
That was more than enough offence as the 黑马磁力 squad crushed Layritz 14-1 on Wednesday afternoon at Victoria's Hampton Park during the Little League Majors (11/12) provincial championships round robin play.
黑马磁力 improved to 3-1 while Layritz fell to 2-2.
The game was scoreless until the third inning when Colby Ring scored off Yi-An Pan's double.
They doubled the lead in the fourth when McCreath's single scored Nick Atkinson from third base.
黑马磁力 put the game out of reach in the fifth, striking for five runs and then added seven more in the sixth.
Trevor Miller, Atkinson, Ian Burns and Riley Ens had one RBI apiece.
Atkinson also scored three runs.
On the mound, Cantelon, Atkinson and Ken Debois combined to limit Layritz to three hits over six innings.
Next up for 黑马磁力 is a game against the winless host squad Hampton (0-3) on Thursday (July 28) night.
The provincial championships run until Sunday, with the winner representing B.C. at the national championships in North Vancouver.
